Full-Auto Truck Scale

    The signal light will turn to red from green after vehicles on the scale. When the vehicles stop steadily, system automatically examines the position of the vehicle by infrared detector. (If the vehicle is not totally on the platform, the system reminder will ask the driver to drive to the middle of the scale and get off, otherwise the weighing system will not work), Label microreader will identify the vehicles automatically and the computer management system will display this vehicle's information (vehicle number, tares, material etc), The pictures took both from the back and the front of the car together with the weight information will saved into the database, the printer prints the documentary automatically. The floodgate open, system will  the vehicle get off the scale under the voice of the prompt, all of the system flows complete, the signal light become green, the floodgate fall down.
